Profile: sdk.profile.getOwn().getInfo() now takes an optional disableCache parameter. When it is true, the profile comes straight from the API and skips the in-memory and Local Storage caches, so you always get the latest data. The fresh result also refreshes the caches, so later getInfo() calls return it as well.

If you have chained profile changes (e.g. setName(), addInterest()) that you haven't saved with update() yet, getInfo(true) still returns the server's profile and keeps your unsaved changes.
