JS SDK v1.92.1

Improvements:

1. New method in Profile namespace for own profile - sdk.profile.getOwn().delete()
2. New model DetailProfileModel . It inherites ProfileModel and introduces new properties - phoneCountryCode, phoneNumber and email . Returned from methods:
   • sdk.profile.getOwn().getInfo()
   • sdk.profile.getOwn().setName().update() (and all other set related methods)
3. New method in discussions namespace - getPostsCountExtended()
