Returns a list of all countries. You need to keep 2 things in mind, when using this endpoint.

The first is, that these are not political entities, but rather “football countries“. For instance, the “political“ country is called United Kingdom, while the “football“ countries are England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Each of those will appear in the Football API, while United Kingdom will not.

The second thing you need to keep in mind, is that each data provider has different coverage for these countries. So, for example, if you are using SportRadar data, the number of countries will be different than the one on Enetpulse.
