Search sport entities (venues, competitors, competitions, countries) with optional filters.

Caching: 10 minutes. Can be configured in Management Portal by going to Features -> Cache TTL

Find specific items by IDs (comma-separated, e.g., 'quiz-123,poll-456'). Searches in id field. When provided, query parameter is ignored
