Returns operator-enriched betting odds for fixtures starting within a date range (max 7 days), filtered by sport and optionally by competition and operators. Results are ordered by start time ascending and paginated. Fixtures whose odds are no longer served are omitted: those that are finished or cancelled, and those far enough past their start time that the stored status can no longer be trusted, so a date range wholly in the past returns an empty page. "meta.total" is an upper bound on the entries a page can hold: it is exact unless a fixture's stored odds and its match record disagree on the start time, which happens when a fixture is rescheduled. In that case a page can hold fewer than "limit" entries even though later pages exist, so page with "meta.total" (more pages remain while page * limit < total) rather than stopping at the first short page; the last page may be empty. Each operator entry carries a resolved event URL in "urls", a competition URL in "competition_urls", a per-selection URL under each selection's "urls", and an unresolved "betslip_url_template" the client fills with the user's selections joined by "betslip_id_separator". A level with no configured template is omitted.
