Returns operator-enriched betting odds for fixtures starting within a date range (max 7 Each operator entry carries a resolved event URL in "urls", a competition URL in "competition_urls", a per-selection URL under each selection's "urls", and an unresolved "betslip_url_template" the client fills with the user's selections joined by "betslip_id_separator".
