Returns operator-enriched betting odds for up to 100 FansUnited match IDs in a single request. Matches with no stored odds are omitted. Entries follow the event_ids request order. Each operator entry carries a resolved event URL in "urls", a competition URL in "competition_urls", a per-selection URL under each selection's "urls", and an unresolved "betslip_url_template" the client fills with the user's selections joined by "betslip_id_separator". A level with no configured template is omitted.
